Copper roofing tiles, tin cans, old jewelry, copper/silver wire, corks, antique found and fusable glass, cardboard coffee sleeves, fabric, tile, and porcelian shards are just a few of the found recycled items Jayne designs into art.

"I believe in the adage 'waste not, want not' ". "Recycle" is the everyday word to save the WORLD, says Jayne.

Beyond the Ruddle Cottage Gallery entrance gate, visitors find themselves in Jayne's recycled realm where a multitude of her artistic works are displayed in the garden, on the fences, and in the cottage gallery.

The new Mosaic Studio Room in the garden is always a work in progress as Jayne creates mosaic flower motif walls, door-stops, book-ends, memory balls and much more, crafted with recycled donated tiles, multi-colored ceramic shards from broken coffee mugs, teacups and plates.

As an ingenious inspired artist, Jayne says,

"Everyday when I wake up, I look forward to see what has been pushed under my gate. It comes in 'bits and bobs,' sometimes with a donors name, but many time anonymous. Everyday a wonder! All my art holds history, it once had a life and story..... now it holds a new life and new story, history in the making. To once again RECYCLE!"
